Prepare the Package

Place the unused bag in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the thermal lining is clean and undamaged.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
